Yet another cyber-security victim: This time it's the Gross National Happiness (GNH) Commission. GNHC's
website was hacked by "SCARYBOYS", who was actually careful to leave a lot of traces. The hacker probably just wanted attention, which made it easy for me to find the breach. But what about the hackers who are trying to create damage and are careful not to leave these kinds of traces?
